All kinesiology courses are offered part time - either at one weekend a month, or at one morning a week. The student can enrol to study a 1-day course only, and then they may continue with the full professional level 1 course.
Everyone can enrol to study kinesiology, no matter their background or education. During each level of training the participant will learn amazing energy balancing skills to use for self, family and friends, as well as in their professional life.
Each course is taught as a personal development program. When students complete the necessary assessments, case studies and exams, they will receive their professional kinesiology certification.
Building a career in PKP™ Kinesiology may be suitable and rewarding for those individuals who are passionate about freedom of choice, sharing their knowledge, experience and passions about natural holistic lifestyle and healing with everyone around them - clients, students, family and friends.
Upon graduation of Kinesiopractic® Level-1 (approximately 12 months of part time training), the graduate may open their own kinesiology practice and start earning while continue to study further.
There is a variety of different specialized diploma kinesiology courses to choose from. The student will work with their teacher to determine their most suitable individual career path.
The specialized diplomas in PKP Kinesiology are -
Level 1 - Certificate in Professional Kinesiology Practice
D1 - Diploma of Learning, Metaphysical, Holographic & Vibrational Energies
D2 - Diploma of Energy Psychology
D3 - Diploma of Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation & Reintegration
D4 - Diploma of Dietary and Nutritional Science
Each level takes approximately one year of training. Upon graduation of the Kinesiopractic® Level 1, the student is encouraged to start practicing with clients, family and friends which will help them to the more advanced specialized diploma courses.
The Level 1 kinesiology training is your first step. This course is also a pre-requisite for each of the specialized diploma courses D1, 2, 3 and 4.
Your teacher Lazarina van Oostveen offers the full range of the PKP certification and diploma kinesiology courses, both in South Africa and Bulgaria. A part of the training is offered online via Zoom.

Pre-requisites: Level 1 Kinesiopractor® Training
During this diploma course you will learn how to enhance your learning and neurological performance and how to expand your awareness about your responses to stress. You will explore how key facial features can show your unique personality traits, potentials, talents, weaknesses and strengths, and you can address your health considerations.
8 to 12 months of part time training
D2 - Diploma of Energy Psychology
Pre-requisites: Level 1 Kinesiopractor® Training
During this diploma course you will learn how to assist your clients overcome enduring fears, phobias, loneliness, mental and emotional stress, and life traumas. As a student, the time you spend absorbing this material will progressively enhance your life and your practice. You will learn that we do not need to remain prisoners of our programming. We can repair, rebuild and create a future full of love, kindness, patience, tolerance and gentleness.

D3 - Diploma of Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation & Reintegration
Pre-requisites: Level 1 Kinesiopractor® Training
During this diploma course you will learn how to assist your clients alleviate physical, mental, or emotional trauma. Deeply embedded or submerged emotions can cripple us with pain or restricted movement. Some people express their trauma as muscle hypertonicity, causing spasticity, so walking, talking, & sitting are difficult, and it can be expressed as learning disorders.
8 to 12 months of part time training
D4 - Diploma of Dietary and Nutritional Science
Pre-requisites: Level 1 Kinesiopractor® Training
During this diploma course you will learn how to assist your clients to overcome adrenal exhaustion, chronic fatigue, overgrowths, overload of bacteria, viruses, parasites and other environmental factors. You will learn to do a nutritional analysis, clear sabotages and review lifestyle changes to reduce the accumulation of negative stressors in the workplace or home.

Lazarina van Oostveen (Laika) has over 30 years of experience in the field of holistic therapies. She has an International Diploma in Kinesiology (ICPKP) and she is a faculty member of ICPKP (International College of Professional Kinesiology Practice). Lazarina is the principal of JKCHH (Johannesburg Kinesiology College of Holistic Healing) and a registered member of ASKSA (Association of Specialised Kinesiology of South Africa) and PKPASA (Professional Kinesiology Practice Association of South Africa).
